The staff here are always friendly and efficient, and it's conveniently located near a major road.

amenities were decent. counter staff and staff in general were friendly and very helpful. location was great for buses and taxis, central location in city.

Everything is perfect here, had a nice stay during my visit. The building is nice and the rooms are great-sized and brand-new with 2 super single beds and good JB view, for example.

The location here is great, within walking distance of Komtar Jbcc, and the staff were helpful and provided useful information.

Good parking facilities especially in the busy city. Keep it.

Hotel was overall ok. Staff have courtesy. I had a good sleep although there were some noise from the road.

The breakfast spread was a big turn down. I went for breakfast around 9am. The food are all cold. And they never topup. The "chef" were out in the dining but seing that ppl still coming down for breakfast I dun see them topping up the food. Hope to see a better change next time. As im a blogger n im reviewing abt hotel in jb now.

The room is fresh and the bed is super comfortable. 🛏️ the air conditioning works great, at least in my experience.

the room is clean. simple modern design, bathroom is ok

the room is a little too small. bathroom should separate dry and wet area. breakfast is very limited. lobby a little too small and crowded when busy. parking access to lift area is not luggage friendly with heavy doors and lot of stairs

The hotel is a walking distance from the City Square Shopping Mall and Woodlands Check Point. Although there was construction going around but it did not interrupt guess.

The F/O did not offer the usage of the Wifi, although it is included. Should initiate the 1st action.

Cleanliness..i think its a new hotel so the place is clean and comfortable.the location is just less than 5min walk to city square mall so very convenient.we wer upgraded to king deluxe without paying any extra fee as it was the hotel staff fault.anyway its value for money

The service is so slow it took us about half an hour to an hour to check in due to some system problem.there wer 4 staffs at the reception area and only 2 people are basically functioning..the rest are just there to stare at the computer and do nothing or just basically killing time.the location of the hotel although very near to the shopping area is very inconvenient because its near a bus stop thats packed with people mostly men/workers so u gotta be careful specially if yur alone and at night

Overall I'm not happy and satisfied with the staff's service. The last time when my wife made booking under her name for Deluxe King, we were given high-floor (smoking), spacious room equipped with fridge, safe-box. But when we made similar booking under my name we were given very small n cramped room with King-size bed without fridge n safe-box but with the same rate at room no:1307!!! Ridiculous!! The iron n iron-board were still provided outside the room instead inside the room upon request, SO INCONVENIENT N WITH NO PRIVACY!!! When I requested for laundry service just as usual whenever our stays, but this time round for the very 1st time the Housekeeping staff said that they will do the washing BUT NOT IRONING!! What???? No ironing for the same laundry rate when our laundry got ironed the previous visits???? Are you kidding me??? When my wife were so unhappy n questioned back about the previous laundry service they provided with ironing as well, the staff then AGREED to iron my clothes. My question is; Why the INCONSISTENCY with the room provided and laundry service???? Most of the staff are not even friendly and helpful. Quite disappointing. I hope the hotel management do look into the matter and make improvement if they want to keep regular guests keep coming back to stay.

Great spot! This place is super convenient, just next to Angry Birds Activity Park 🎉. Plus, you have commercial centers and a large shopping mall right nearby. Perfect for a fun and bustling stay.
